Is MW3 an MMO?

Thats a question that keeps popping up, because i keep hearing it mentioned in interviews with people connected with MW3... and its a reason behind the demand for a service like ELITE... which i thought was bullshit and it really angered me when i heard what they were doing... but then i slowed down and rationalized it, and you know what?, ELITE didnt turn out to be that bad when you look at it from another angle, cheaper DLC... All the DLC comes out to be like 15% cheaper if you get it all from having an ELITE subscription... and i figured, they always get my money anyways cuz i'm sucker for map packs and extra content when it concerns a game i love and cant get enough of... Which is how alot of people feel about this call of duty series... Both Modern warfares were some of my favorite FPS's of all time, along with halo, and i felt i was just spiting EA by not giving em my money anymore, but was it really worth it if it i was missing out on a fun gaming experience?... I'm more pissed at what the gaming industry has become, but you know what?, this is our hobby, like it or not, we have to deal with it or find a new hobby... so i decided to quit bitching, embrace our hobby of gaming and give MW3 a try and see if there was anything there worth keeping and fun... and it it turns out there was, and alot of fun.. alot of fun and alot of content... I'm still gonna play BF3 cuz it is a great game and its a different gaming experience than MW3... i'll say this again that they're like apples and oranges when you come down to it, and i love me both some apples and oranges... lol... I'm officially a fanboy of BF3 and MW3.. so i can argue on both sides of the fence about both games qualities and shortcomings.. But right now i'm just getting started and scratching the surface of whats there in both games and i'm having a blast with both... and thats what out hobby is about, whatever games bring you happiness for whatever reason, just go for it.. you are getting fun experiences and people are responsible for upkeeping these games, so if they're working hard to pump out new stuff and keep my gaming fun and fresh, then you can have my money, there are alot worse thing we could be spending on our money on, so gamers just go for it, have fun with whatever game makes you happy, and right now i'm getting alot of happiness from MW3, yeah its alot like MW2 but that not a bad thing and it even brings back fond memories from all the hours i put into that...lol... peace out and play nice kiddies
