I want my 125 minutes back... PLUS compensation.

WHAT WAS THAT MOVIE ABOUT?
No really what? NOTHING.. thats what. Honestly a waste of time.
Yeah they had a bunch of actors and we knew there names, yeh girls were pretty, yeh boys were so so but NO...NO...NO...NO actually substance, story line... something to get your attention.

HIGHLIGHT:
Anne Hathaways character. She was funny... actually scratch that... the character was funny. Anne did a so so job. I couldn't really picture her playing that role... I just see goody too-shoes when I see Anne. BUT she did play the role well.

BUMMER:
The rest of the movie!!!! I am not kidding when I say that it was a movie about nothing in particular. It was a movie beacuse it was... not because it earnt it or it was well written... it jus was. AWFUL.. waste of time... I want my 125 minutes back BAD.


All in all... I am very glad that I had free tickets to go and see this because if I had paid and sat through that I would have been VERY angry... it was awful.

It was worth the 129 minutes of my life.

The first 15 minutes really had me feeling for Michael Oher (Quinton Aaron). I would just look at him and feel myself welling up. BUT I didnt cry. A lot of people are running around saying "bring the tissues with you", but whilst I did find it sad... I dont think it really warranted tears.

It was really enlightening to know that people really do nice things. Not alot of people but people do. Oddly its really all I got out of the movie... Oh no wait... Myself and anyone I have spoken with about the movie did not get the ending (well the climax prior to the ending). Whilst we understood the ending we didn't pick up the hints that may have been given along the way. It came out of left field and to be frank... had me dumbstruck trying to figure out what I had missed. When you watch the movie you will understand.


HIGHLIGHT:
For me it was Quinton and Jae Head. Jae was adorable and gave me a chuckle. Quinton just had the ability to made me feel sorry for him just by his ora I guess... Honestly that I saw Oscar in, maybe not a winner but a nom. (Still shocked that Sandra's role got her a nom AND the win)


BUMMER:
I was really expecting an outstanding , eye popping, step back performance from Sadra Bullock. Whilst it wasn't bad I don't see where the Oscar came from. Sorry Sandra... you did a great job but I just didn't see Oscar and I don't think it was so much Sandra as it was that the character didnt really have an Oscar role for me.


All in all though it was a good movie and I would watch again if someone asked me to.
