Is Carbon Tax A Myth

It is the coolest December ever, and it is sure to rise up to a sizzling summer. Are you sure that the carbon tax is going to work in order to try and fix up the wrong cycles which nature is performing. I mean, the Ozone layer is made out of gasses. Why not put more of the right gasses up there in order to try and balance the hole? Carbon tax will probably be the good cause tax which will do nothing in the future. However it might help to make the govrnment money, which they might need in order to gain more prestiege in a world that is made from butter. No one knows what the future may hold, all we know is that carbon tax might be the tax to become a myth as it is processed, however not the item made conclusive that it will do anything to change or help the environment.
