Internet Explorer Let Down

Google has come up with a new Google Chrome. It can actually take over internet explorer. I was going to continue to use both in order to support internet explorer as well as the new Google Chrome. However today when I moved to use it I found Internet Explorer was unable to work! So I now rely on Google Chrome as the take over Internet database.
