Image Uploading Issue

Some of the Orble sites have had a problem uploading images over the last 12 hours. This problem has been fixed now. Sorry for any problems this may have caused.

Please let me know if you notice any more bugs as we just had a large server upgrade.

I couldn't upload my art, but as you can see the icon wasn't a problem, it came up as usual.

No, Jon, I get the error message

An Error Occurred While Uploading Your Image. 2

Exception 410: no images defined `Image::Magick'

I've put a couple of posts up without any art but I'm not really expecting to do anything much now before Sunday or Monday evening, this being a long weekend.

Sorry you are having such trouble, given the complexity of such things it's a wonder you haven't had a lot more really, so well done.

Anon -- you need to register with Orble and login before you can view the blogging tips.

Katyzzz -- are you trying to upload .bmp images? Try saving them as .jpg or .gif images first before uploading them.

Jon, gave up on BMP a long time ago, use PNG but now do as you suggest since the changeover.
