I gave blood today. In order to do so, I had to be weighed. Happily, I havent gained any weight. However. I havent lost any either. But then, you do seriously need to change something to achieve such things.
So I know Ive vowed and declared on here that I WOULD change my diet, be better, exercise, the works, but Im failing.
So here it is again.
I Fat Chick am hereby going to follow this guide:
- I will not fall into old habits
- I will make an effort to write down all of what I eat - keep myself liable and honest
- I will try to follow a better eating plan, and hope the above can help with that
- I will make a concerted effort to part-take in more physical activities.
There is no one else who can help me but myself. I understand this. So heres to making a better change for myself.

A food diary is one of the best things you can have when losing weight. Just always rememebr to be honest with it ... EVERY chocolate biscuit must be written down.
I'm thinking of you and hoping you succeed, with flying colours.
