"I'm home, i'm home!!!!!"

hubby leaves for work at 5:00 AM. i tried sooo hard to get here in time to see him, but after we where all packed, the elevaters in tower 1 where being worked on so we couldn't leave for a little bit. we where on the 14th floor of the 15 floor resort, so stairs wasn't an option. <smiles>
while on the phone he told me, "There are "Diet" brownies on the counter, taht you can have. in the oven are two regular cakes you's can't have because there for the churches bake sell." he's soo sweet and giving. making stuff for the church, but also making us something without blowiing my diet. i never did get taht pepsi. even stopped for a fountain one on the way home, but taht station didn't have a fountain machine. no bottled pepsi would do then, for the 11 hour drive, so i figured, "it just wasn't meant to be." here i sit drinking one of my chocolatly "3 hour diet" shakes. which are yummy.
we hung up after our talk and kept driving. i got to our twon at 5:30. hubby leaves for work at 5:00 amso he doesn't have to take the turnpike. we turn onto our REALY long street and theres hubbies car. we stop, he jumps out, runs around and plants a HUGE one on my lips and hugs me like he NEVER wants to let me go. i say to him, "ahhh, your sooo sweet, but your going to be late!!" <soft smile>
i adore him and the way his mind works!! i love how he'd risk being late, just to kiss me, and then run around saying hi to the kids.
a few more hours still until he gets home and i can spend some real time with him.
it's sooo great to be back home again.
Tinkerbell still hasn't left me alone. she has gotten sooo big. Then theres Harley with his wild hair and floppy ears. the other two are mommas and are staying at their puppies side in the bedrooms. they said their hi's and went off with the little ones.

One of the things I've noticed about Charlie is that he loves you the exact way you need and enjoy being loved. And I'm sure it's the same for him with you, I'm sure your crafts and poetic thoughts and affections are what he needs from love (in addition to the things we won't talk about here*).
Not all love is so well matched. You can love someone with all your might, but if your love isn't the kind of love they need, it won't matter how much you give. Someone else can love you more than life itself, but if it isn't the kind of love you need, it won't matter.
You're lucky to have found well-matched love, although I know you've had to pay your karmic dues to earn this treasure.
Glad you're back.

i dore the way he thinks. the way he treats me and just had to have taht hug and kiss before going to work. he's sooo cute running around like a teenage boy. i sooo adore him!!
