i got up before the sun!!!

This mornings sunrise!!"
i beat the sun up this morning!! wasn't intentional. The pain in my kidneys was back. more the left then the right. it was sooo bad taht it came into dreamland. i dreamed i was laying there, the pain throbbing sooo hard esepcialy in my left kidney. then i woke, seeing and feeling what i was just dreaming. i also had acid reflex sooo bad taht laying back down wouldn't be an option. instead i woke Kaitlyn to see if she wanted to play in the sand,w hile waiting for the sun to come up. i knew chris wouldn't. i tried Krystina and she said she was good on the sleeping.
off me and Kaity Katt headed. the sand was cold and felt wet when i stepped down barefoot. it felt incredable after the first few steps. there where a few others out to, but down from us some.
we laid out or towles and sat playing in the sand. snapping pics as the sun came up. talking, collecting shells. it was warm and wonderful. That was the start of our morning!

i've been sleeping in until 12:30-1:00 because i have been having more restless nights. i listen to my body very well. i'm not even at the beach yet today and may not go at all. instead i came here to sit and play while Chris and Krystina are out. Kaity is hanging, relaxing with me. i havent had any pain in my kidneys yet today. when i get home in two days, i'll have LOTS of rest since two of my kids will be gone. Kaitlyn LOVES to sleep in late. two more days. well, realy one more day. my other two leave sunday. saterday all three teens work a church spaghetti dinner all day. so it's be just me at home.
plenty of rest comming. usualy a good three or four days, maybe a week, i'll be back at em.
with Kaity, she rides her horses EVERYDAY. so all i have to do is sit on the porch with some cold water, and watch with my camara.

I wish I could see the pics but I`m having trouble with them too. I`m sure it was beautiful as I have seen some of your others in your next posts. I love sunrise and sunset... I wish the hours in between were just as beautiful
