Zhejiang Huayue Packing Machinery Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a well-known paper cutter manufacturer in China. Since its establishment, the company, through the endeavor of Xia Suimei, the founder and chairman of the enterprise, together with all staff, has grown into scientific and technological transregional business organization, with its business activities expanding from the original processing into design, research, development, processing, manufacturing, and domestic and foreign sale.
With a tradition of science and technology orientation, the Company, from the very beginning of its establishment, has constantly designed and developed new products that have promising market prospect, with independent intellectual property rights. These products received many national patents and were included in National Torch Plan Program. The Company passed Provincial High-tech Innovation Key Enterprise Approval, Provincial Scientific and Technological Enterprises Approval, Provincial High-tech Product Approval and High-tech Enterprise Approval. It also is one of the only four National Paper Cutter Safety Standard Setting Member Units of National Committee of Standardization of Printing Machinery.
With emphasis on quality, Huayue established the quality policy of High Technology, Scientific Management, Top Quality Product, Customers Satisfaction. The Company passed the certification of ISO9001 International Quality Management System and European CE certification. It, in recent years, has come out on top in the national printing machinery product sampling quality supervision. In 2005, National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center for Printing Machinery of China made an exception and accepted our commission to supervise our production and trace after-sales quality. This brought us overall improvement in enterprises product quality as well as market reputation. The Company was successively honored with titles such as China Grade AAA Quality, Service and Credit Enterprise and 2006 China Printing Machinery Product Quality Trustworthy Enterprise and the first prize of Progress in Science and Technology. In addition, the Companys programmed paper cutter products were listed in the content of recommended products of the 11th Five Chinese Name Brand Product Cultivation Plan of the printing industry of China.
To meet the increasing market demand for our programmed paper cutter, Huayue made a large investment in the construction of large-scale programmed paper cutter production lines in Ruian and another place. And theses two production lines are about to be put into productive operation. In 2006, Huaye and USA C&P Company singed a strategic cooperation agreement that the C&P Company provides technical support for Huaye to manufacture programmed paper cutters which have the highest technological content and reach European and American high Standards with the complementary advantages of the two. As the cooperation goes on, Huaye has already become a global enterprise. This cooperation enables Huaye to make a significant breakthrough in its development, and it is also propels Chinas industrial improvement
