How to Make your own Curry Powder

Just mix all the ingredients. All spices should be freshly grounded before making your mixture.

Curry Powder (For Fish)

600 gms coriander pwder
150 gms ground fennel seeds
80 gms cumin powder
150 gms chili powder
120 gms turmeric powder
15 gms clove powder

Curry Powder (For Meat)

600 gms coriander powder
150 gms ground fennel seeds
60 gms cumin powder
100 gms red chilli powder
115 gms turmeric powder
10 gms clove powder
