If you add more Strawberries to you diet you are adding more boron and this helps circulate estrogen throughout your blood level. Tomatoes, dandelions, apples, poppy seeds, broccoli, pears, cherries, apricots, and pumpkin are also high in boron.
Celery and Dates contain phytoestrogens so you may want to have more of them.
