Sometimes when you have an implacable record a few mistakes might be overlooked. But Continental is repeating mistakes that show nothing more than incompetence!
It seems that Continental has lost a child, not once but twice! This time it was an 8 year-old.
Of course the lawyers are already being utilized in these situations. Not a good thing for Continental Airlines who has gotten enough bad press to last it a decade.
