My top 10 fave instrumentals (with & without vocals) would be :P

Thanks for taking time to browse my clips they're a lot comical and weird I was trying to bridge the style of Richard Cheese and Bumblefoot Ron Thal with my own concept of course if you still haven't heard them please do so here
Recently Vai released his top 10 favorite instrumentals, and I am not surprised if Satch was his top 4, Satch's Is There Love In Space is really melodically creepy
My top 10 (on the other hand) would be
10. Rain - Vinnie Moore , I think from his Maze album this was my soothing practice track so simple but the chord shapes he used were beautiful
9. Over My Head - V. Moore again from his Into The Core (I think) album in this album he sounded more of a who's who guitarist He sounds Petrucci/Malmsteen/tony mc alpine/Kotzen all in one in this fusion album he's not even a guitarist but a musician, surprisingly enough he sounds more of Satch in this one. Simple melodic progression but you can literally cry when this gets stuck in your brain.
8. Dolly Dagger - Jimi Hendrix's ignored masterpiece what we always hear is Voodo Child, Midnight and Red House. Surprisingly I don't very much like Hendrix's works but this is cool because it sounded like a cha cha ballroom progression which makes it unique in my book, check this out online or in Jimi Hendrix's greatest hits.
7. Blue Moon - Neal Schon's bluesy jazzy feel, this I think is his pre-work(s) before he became the axeman of Journey. Check this out on youtube and you'll get the instrumental melody that I'm referring.
6. Blue Passion - From Daita, J-Rock has always been one my arsenal(s) in guitar composition, Daita came from Siam Shade, the band that did the soundtrack for KEnshin Samurai X. Check his instrumentals in youtube and you might groove on his style actually he's been on top of my MP3 playlist because he's so radio friendly and those that gets stuck on your head is a cool thing for me.
5. Opposites attract Part 2 - from Steve Vai wuhoooo, this is from his Mystery Tracks album I think, this is an exhillirating techno kinda funky instrumental where he made good use of whammy tricks and tapping and insane up and down lydian mode solos that will completely blow you away. Again I'm referring to the same Vai that did For The Love of God, Tender Surrender and Windows To The Soul. Better listen to this baby it's cool to headbang to especially when you're tired or stressed
4. Ten Words- from Satch's supercolossal. For most of us soloing on a lower octave then on a higher octave is easy and monotonous. But Satch pulled off his 10 words perfectly on this one "tum dum duuu deng tum dung duu duuu dung duuum" those were his 10 words it's up to us listeners to figure this one out I loved it so much that I covered it before, everything he did dynamics, melody, arrangement, verse chorus verse is mind blowing as if the singer made no sense at all at his guitar voice.
3. The Grudge - from Tool, Adam Jones, Maynard Keenan, Danny Carrey and Justin chancellor puts other technical bands to shame (even Dream Theater or Symphony X IMHO). Sure Adam may not solo a fast pentatonic enough but Tool's timing is wicked and insane 3/8, 4/4, 6/10 WTF is that? I followed them since Aenema and LAteralus to 10,000 days is their sickest album so far. The only way to follow them is nearly impossible THOSE WHO COVER and GLOAT on Tool's Sober is a 4/4 timing I AIN't fuckin' IMPRESSED and some A Perfect Circle 4/4 time signature Yuck!!! Sorry hahahaha! \m/ (='.'=) ..|.. we tried covering this but we got depressed. Tool is no laughing matter
2. Mikayla's Smile of Richard Elliot and Love Changes Everything of Dave Koz - When I got Satch/Vai on the left membrane of my instrumental brain it's always a safe excellent side to keep Elliot and Koz on the right side of my sax-oriented instrumental brain. Their melody and dynamics is stunning and turning me on. To me the best solo I could deliver is when someone says to me "shit I crapped my pants" or "fuck that was orgasmic" I always go for that motivation strikingly sexy melody and THAT's very WOW on my book
1. Eric Levi/ERA- No other musical group out there can be soul splitting than this one if I have Enya, Gregorian Chant... I'd push my bars up high to compose an ERA-like masterpiece but I can't! TRUE it's just a MOCK latin, the words are gibberish but the texture and taste of orchestra and choir and techno in Enae Volare, The Mass, shit this fires me up I dream about driving getting hit by a car, floating on space, my soul leaving my body, abducted by aliens...probably this is the nth step when you entered Vai's erotic nightmares....
I also like hip hop and techno don't get me wrong but some words I really don't get it made no sense shizzy fo hizzy fo shizzle...badoodle...shawty.. .BWAHAHAHHAHA kidding...no haters please \m/
If I could incorporate 10 down to 1 whatever order in my playing... I'd be the happiest musician in the universe.... ha ha ha ha
