Okay, so I'm back. Let's set down some rules so we know where we are. I will not suffer the ravings of a queer Muslim Australian. He will be ignored. I don't care if he wanks himself in front of his monitor 24/7. To me, he is trash to be thrown aside. The same goes for his friends, and they know who they are. They can all circle jerk til the end of time for all I care.
As for the asshole who hijacked my site and turned it into Arnold's site, back away quickly. I'm on your trail and have friends in high places.
Hopefully we can get back to the subject of intelligent debate and skip all this nonsense. For those of you who refuse to look at the bio of the writer, this is shot across your bow. You read it here first and please don't forget it. Unless you have something interesting to add to the conversation, that pertains to what was writitten, shut the fuck up.

Welcome! If I inadvertently break your rules, let me know. But, I would -- if it were my place to do so -- add that one ought not frame every point as a conflict between reasonable and lucid people on the one hand and unpatriotic, ignorant or unthinking democrat/liberals on the other. We, on the left, have valid and intelligent viewpoints, notwithstanding your not being in agreement. All I ask is that I not be condescended to. At the end of the day, we may "agree to disagree" but with mutual respect.

I became so depressed at being dismissed by writers for whom I have respect, I started posting restaurant reviews!

Hello Jim, good to see you again. You know I respect and admire you and I do look toward you for an opposing view. What I won't put up with is the type of comments Ahmed made toward Bradish and now me.
I would never condescend to you. I hold you in too much esteem for that. I agree that we can agree to disagree and that's what makes all this so much fun. Watching the bickering between you and SL is just icing on the cake. You're both well versed in politics and it seems neither of you has the upper hand. I'll keep tuning in though. It really is fun to watch.
