Im not going to that doctor again.
Let me take you back to wednesday.
I decided to do a couple of bicep curls before jumping in the shower.
Naturally in front of a full length mirror (I was naked, so full length mirrors help
hahahahaha)
I finished, stood infront and thought to myself, your not looking to back, slacko!
The next day I went to the doctor, after the examination he asked me to step on the scales.
"85, lost four kilos."
"Good, don't stop, get below 80"
And with 6 simple words there goes my confidence.
Not for long, but that's another story!
