Montana Judge James Haynes has sentenced Robert Stearns to 225 years for three felony counts of indecent exposure.

This just comes to show how much we value staying clothed. Although Robert was clearly being nude for his own sexual gratification. And was on his third count. And did it while on parole for his last count. His punishment was too harsh. He recieved a life sentence. If you still think he deserves that sentence consider this.
In montana:
-a person on the third DUI serves 30 days to 1 year in prison
-a person who steals someones identity and gains $10,000 or more is punishable by no more than 10 years of state imprisonment
If you'd rather have your identity stolen than see a naked guy being crazy then you should probably reevaluate your priorities.

During recess at his Woodbridge school one day in November, when he was 6, he said, he smacked the classmate's bottom. The girl told the teacher. The teacher took Randy to the principal, who told him such behavior was inappropriate. School officials wrote an incident report calling it "Sexual Touching Against Student, Offensive," which will remain on his student record permanently.
Then, as Randy sat in the principal's office, they called the police.
"I thought they were going to take me to prison," Randy said recently. "I was scared."
This is no isolated incident either. There has been a veritable boom in these kind of cases in recent years:
Randy is only one of many children to be dealt with harshly as schools across the country grapple with enforcing new zero-tolerance sexual harassment policies and the fear of litigation.
The Virginia Department of Education reported that 255 elementary students were suspended last year for offensive sexual touching, or "improper physical contact against a student." In Maryland, 166 elementary school children were suspended last year for sexual harassment, including three preschoolers, 16 kindergartners and 22 first-graders, according to the State Department of Education. Statistics for the District were not available.
In 2006, a kindergartner in Hagerstown, Md., was accused of sexual harassment after pinching a female classmate's buttocks. A 4-year-old in Texas was given an in-school suspension after a teacher's aide accused him of sexual harassment for pressing his face into her breasts when he hugged her.
------------------------
Because of the hysteria surrounding interactions which are plausably sexual, many of these children are growing up with the misconception that sexual interaction is bad which causes inner conflict later, which can result in various antisocial behavior. Its not hard to imagine the incredible stress a child faces when accused by a teacher, or is faced with police.
Its odd to think that america is undergoing a sexual revolution. a result of the internet i guess. where the young adult population is becoming more open about sex while at the same time laws and policies become more strict on sexual interaction. death penalty for rape i can understand. But labeled sex harraser for a butt slap is cruel.

children are censored form porn, a minor in possesion of sexualy explicit material = sexual offense.

Anti-Child pornography laws prosecute kids who make porn.
yet making adult porn films is a booming business, so its ok for adults, but its a sexual offense if your a minor. because adults deserve more freedoms right.
---
2 kids that have consentual sex can be charged with Mutual Molestation and statutory rape, and have to file as sex offenders. as well as serve time.
children arent given freedoms because poloticians and some messed up parents dont think they deserve to make independent choices. They also ignore the fact that children have the same drives as adults. so ask yourself, what freedoms do we give children. The fredom to play around before currfew, without any drugs or alcohol, and without any form of sexual interaction with friends. at best. Yet children are given a 40 hour a week work load not including homework, they have to wake up at 7 every morning even though thier internal clocks tell them to stay untill 2 am. And they have to assume a subordinate relationship to everybody but thier peers. I would say that the average child works harder and longer at a more tetious job than the average adult. children deserve all the freedoms adults have. there is no room for a double standard here.
It brings to mind what people used to tell me, and im shure wev all heard "oh just wait untill you go into the real world". that saying that children live in a fake world. and its mandated that children stay in the fake world, all laws specificaly directed at minors aim to keep them iscolated from "adult" experiences. at least the pleasurable ones. They teach that life is restrictive and unenjoyable. It helps explain why children rebel. because the world tells them to live small lives. Altho usualy the kid doesnt even know thier making an offence.
