Dear Maa Upma,

Thank you for the Laxmi Narayan Mantra.

To the north of my sitting room is a window and a thin strip of wall which joins here and next to it is a window. Can I place a picture of shri yantra on the wall or window? I don't have a gold plated Shri yantra.

Dear Maa Upma,

I sent you a comment earlier and am still awaiting a reply from you. Can I keep a metal frame containing Ganesha(with trunk curved to the right), Laxmi and Saraswati in my house. If not can I go and give it to the temple. Also if I go and put it in a temple does this bring bad luck. I feel quite stresses about it. What shall I do.

Dear Ma Upma,

I read the blog about the environment one lives in. When you say that do not sleep with your head directing to the North does that mean north direction for that particular room or in context with the whole house.

on Ganesha in Vastu: Video

Dear Maa Upma,

I saw the video about installing Ganesha back to back on the entrance of one's house. I have a question related to the same. I have a pebbled wall around my front entrance, it therefore becomes difficult to stick a picture or an idol on the wall. Can I stick a picture of Ganesha on the door instead?

Also as I enter my home I have a porch and there is another door which then leads to the house. Shall I place Ganesh on the main door or inside the door. In the porch I keep shoe cupboards which have doors. One chinese money plant and a tiny Laughing buddha. Kindly advise.
