Guilt free pizza

I say guilt free because its cheaper than buying pizza at a take out parlor, and its quicker, and with one of my tips, its even a little healthier too.
I buy those 1$ cheapo frozen four cheese pizzas at the grocery store and buy my own ingredients to add to it, and bake it as the box says.
When I do it that way, I can make 15 pizzas with custom ingredients for the price of 1 specialty pizza at a restaurant.
I usually add a tad extra cheese, fresh onion, green peppers, hamburger, bacon, pepperoni, and spinach to ours.
And its that easy.
These are small enough that you can cook 4 custom pizzas in your oven at the same time for about 15 minutes and then your whole family can have what flavors they want.
That's about the time it takes to call an order in, wait, drive to go pick it up, AND drive back home.
Its quick and easy, and here is my healthy pizza tip......
For any pizza.
After it has cooled down a bit, blot the top of it with a paper napkin, and you will get off all of the extra fat just sitting there.
I read somewhere that if you do that, you're saving 60 calories per piece of pizza.
And it doesn't change the flavor of the pizza at all.
So your getting rid of the extra fats from the meats and the cheese that you really don't need anyways.
My hubby has even started eating spinach on his pizza since I started doing this. I use about a cup chopped fresh spinach and put it under the pepperoni (so it doesn't burn) and he loves it.
You can't even taste it to be honest.
