Lesson plan 27
Lesson Date: 26th to 30th Oct Name of the teacher: Andrew
Grade: one Class: 2a, 2b, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b
Words: ‘head’, ‘hair’, ‘eye’, ‘mouth’, ‘nose’, ‘ear’, ‘arm’, ‘shoulder’, ‘hand’, ‘toes’, ‘leg’, ‘write’, ‘your’, ‘name’
Sentences: “How many ……?”, “I have …..”, “It has …….”, “Write your name?”, “Hand in your paper”, “What am I doing?”
Games or Songs:
Song- ‘Head, shoulders, knees and toes’ from my audio CD which has video.
Activity- Colouring and drawing- To hand out a piece of paper, get them to write their name up the top of the paper, then ask them to draw a circle in the middle of the page, then give their paper to the student on their left, once the students have the paper from the right, they need to draw two ears, then again pass paper to their left, once they have the paper from their right, they need to draw two eyes, and again pass the paper to their left and so on. This will eventually lead to me explaining the elicit sentence ‘hand in your paper’
