I think they both knew it was the last time they would ever speak, not wanting to let go of someone you love is hard, hoping for the best for that person, the one person you always thought you would have near you the one who would be in your heart forever, the one that was like your best friend, the one you could share things with and give honest opinions to without worry of them looking at you any different, the one you could play with and be silly with, the one you could be in a crowd of 100,000,000 people with and it would be just the two of you together when your eyes met, the one that held you when you felt inseccure, the one that you were comfortable with, the one that knew you better than anyone, the one that could feel your heartbeat, the one that you could not go into a room without you wanting them to sit next to you, the one that held your hand, the one who made you laugh until you would cry, the one that you had to tell goodbye. I know it sounds hard but it was for the best, this is what happens when you are scared to take a chance, i dont mean take a chance and break someones heart, i mean take a chance for a brand new start, It's never good to break a heart, if you know how it feels, sometimes this happens when you dont keep it real. the feelings you hide deep down inside.. because you think it is the best thing for the other person, letting them go ..so they can grow, i know it sounds sad but i guess really its not all so sad, you can grow to, if you want to grow, guess thats what happends when you learn to let go. I get inspired to write, when i hear stories of people that had true love and lost it, i heard about this today and wanted to write something about it while it was on my mind, i plan on writing a book one day..its always been my dream. thats why i share a peek here and there i hope everyone has a wonderful day,Remember to let go and let God because he can and will  ))) .
I have been a yo yo dieter for years. I recently went to a bariatric clinic in hopes that it would motivate me to lose the 40lbs that I have gained in the past few years. I must say that I have went on diets before and I have always been successful but it seems to be those last 10-15lbs that want to remian. With all of that being said, I decided to go to a doctor who prescribed a weight loss aid of phentermine and HCG injections. I must say I was pretty impressed with my resluts the medication did help control hunger and once I started taking the shots I could really see the difference, the first month I lost 12lbs and I am going to continue with this. I would have to say, It has helped me, I feel better than I have in years. The "key" is to change your eating habits for the rest of your life to avoid the diet roller coaster. I will continue to do research on HCG and post daily, feel free to ask questions about my expierience if needed. I will try to be as helpful as possible.

This was so funny to me I just have to share it. About 10yrs ago my grandfather was talking to me about his feelings of how this generation does not make any sense, he is always saying things that make me laugh. Well you see, he went to the furniture store to buy a new bed he said that he looked at several different ones and decided to get this nice light oak queen size bed. Well once he paid for the bed he noticed that all that was loaded into the truck were the headboard, footboard and the mattress with boxsprings. So he walked back into the store and asked the clerk where the bed frame was and the clerk looked at him and said. "I am sorry Sir, the frames are not sold with the bed, that will be extra." Now,you just have to know my grandfather to understand this situation. See, to him this sounded rediculious, he looked over at my granny and looked back at the clerk and said "Could I please speak with the manager."
The manager came to the front of the store and said. "Sir, what seems to be the problem?" My grandfather says, well for starters this generation of people around me is the problem, "what is wrong with you people he asked?" The manager said, Sir. What do you mean? My grandfather says, "I have walked around this store, spoke with your salesman and I decided on getting a bed and they load it in the truck and I notice that there is no bed frame for me to put the bed on. Now I am being told that it is not sold with the bed, I am being told that I have to pay extra." He told the manager that it did not make any sense to sell a bed with no frame and that he has never heard of such a thing

Chapter One
It was September of 1989 in Greensboro North Carolina . I was fifteen getting ready to turn sixteen and Angel and I were headed to the City Fair it comes around every year in September, many kids our age looked forward to this because there is not much else to do in this little city other than hang at the mall or cruise the strip. I remember meeting up with some friends and of course they brought more of their friends at the age of 15 I was not thinking about meeting a "boyfriend" besides, I liked having many friends that were boys without having the whole "relationship" part to it. What is wrong with some teachers?? My "daughters" teacher called me the other night and said that my "son" is having trouble in his class....that's right he said son. He also said that "he" could pick up a class packet that can be completed that will help bring up "his" grade. This was left on my voice mail. I thought WOW how can he mistake my daughter as a "he" her name is KRISTIN and she by no means looks like a guy. It just makes me think, what kind of teacher does not know sho is students are????
Worst pick up lines. I will be adding some daily so tune in for more tomorrow.

This young man wants to date my daughter, he has been over a couple of times and he seems like an okay guy. Well I noticed while at the eating table he starts hacking and coughing...mmmm I think to myself, So I look at him and say "is that a smokers cough that I am hearing?" He looks at me and says "What?" So, I say "what kind of cigarettes do you smoke." He then tells me his brand. I appreciate his honesty at the least.
The next time this young man comes over to our house. My daughter asked him if he would like something to drink, he says sure, I'll take a soda. When he gets the can of soda he taps the top of the tab (like people do before drinking beer) so I think to myself...mmmm. We have a smoker and a drinker on our hands. So I just say outloud ..you just tapped that can like you are tapping a beer
