Giant Pink Rabbit Seen from Google sattelite
October 15th 2008 21:39
A 200ft long knitted pink rabbit has been spotted on Google Sattelite Maps. The humungous toy originates from the artist Gelitin located in the Italian Alps.
Artist Gelitin dedicated 5 years of intense knitting and stuffing with straw to create this giant rabbit. Gelitin explains on his website that it is to appear 'as if knitted by a giant grandmother'. He also suggests that if you make a trip to visit the giant rabbit you should climb all over it and even fall asleep on it.
If you want to read more about the project click on the link below. Interesting
