Get Into the Habit of Drinking Water

American women make the mistake of thinking that a special cream can solve all your problems. We purchase creams to ease dryness, control oil, diminish blemishes, get rid of wrinkles - and the list goes on. Each of these things can be greatly helped just by drinking water.
We all know we're supposed to drink plenty of water. It helps with weight loss, keeps us healthy, and enhances our outward appearance. But even though we know that, it is really hard to remember to drink enough. I know I personally find it challenging. Here are some tips that can help.
Drink Water with Each Meal or Snack
One thing that I find that helps is to make sure to drink a glass of water with each meal and snack. I find that drinking some before and after the meal helps me. I try to get down 1 cup of water before my meal or snack and one after.
Carry Water Around
I always forget my water bottle and I find drinking out of public fountains to be gross. What if I am out and about running errands, I'm thirsty, and I am not going to be eating for some time? Unless I have water with me I get dehydrated.
Jazz it Up
Let's face it. Water can be boring at times! I make it interesting with lemon, lime, orange, or cucumber slices. Cucumber and lemon make a nice combination for a cooling summer beverage. I also like to cut fruit up into my water such as strawberries and apricots. Delicious.
