Game time Meal

this is a meal great to serve at any Game!

Nacho Dip

1 lb ground beef
2 cups shreadded colby cheese
1 (16 oz) can refried beans
1 (1/4 oz) packet taco seasoning
combine all ingredinets in a saucepan. cook on low heat, stir until cheese is melted (makes 4 servings)

to go with the dip you can also serve

Quick and Easy Salsa
3 medium tomatoes
1 small green chili, seeded and diced
1/4 Cup diced onion
1/8 teaspoon salt

combine all ingredients in a bowl and chill for up to one hour...to keep your fridge from smelling like onion cover before placing in the fridge.


Party Wings #1

2 1/2 lbs wing sections
1 Cup BBQ sauce
1/2 Cup Hot Pepper Jelly
combine BBQ and Jelly in a sauce pan and heat until combined.
place chickn in a 15X 10 1 inch baking pan lined with foil. bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes, drain grease. Brush BBQ and Jelly mixture over the wings. Bake 10 minutes, turn over the wings and brush again, make sure you brush a lot of the jelly on so they are sweet and HOT. bake another 10 minutes. remove from the oven and brush more of the jelly mixture on them. server with extra BBQ, Jelly mixture as a dipping saice.


Party WIngs #2

2 /12 Lbs wing sections
2 table spoons bread crumbs
2 table spoons taco seasoning
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 cup milk

combine seasoning and mix with bread crumbs in a plastic bag. Pour Milk in a seperate bag, place wings in bag with milk and coat. transfer wings from milk bag to seasoning bag and coat wings with seasoning mix. place in a 15 X 10 1 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray. bake at 450 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

serve with Ranch dressing for dipping.


Quick and easy Chili dogs

1 lb ground beef
2 cans Chili ready tomatoes
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 pkg of your favorite hot dogs

cook hot dogs as desierd. brown ground beef and drain. in a sauce pan combine tomatoes, beef and chili powder. cook until warmed through. cup up hot dogs and add to the chili, serve with Cheese and Onions. this a great easy way to eat chili dogs without the mess!!
