Frivolous Lawsuit

A strange lawsuit against an airline in Canada was thrown out by a very sane judge. A man filed a lawsuit against Air Transit for not looking at his scrotum!
You read that correctly.
The man had bleeding from the area and wanted a male flight attendant to look at. He declined, and the man sued. He demanded to see a doctor but the flight continued to its destination. Upon arrival, a friend took him to a hospital where he needed stitches.
I have to question why the man didn't ask his wife to look at the area? Flight attendants aren't doctors or nurses, and I, too, would refuse to look at his privates.
