NSW AllSchools State XC 2005 U20s - 26th
National Cross Country 2006 U20s - 49th

Goals:

a bit sore but not that bad from yesterday.
interestingly, but not that unexpected, is that my right calf is tight and sore, but my left is fine. makes sense cos its the outside leg and does more work around the bends. ive never had that show up before, but i guess after 25 laps the difference between inside and outside leg becomes evident.
