Free Santa Pants Bell Crochet Pattern

Materials:
Small amounts worsted weight yarn in red and black
Size H crochet hook
Scrap of gold felt
Size: 2 1/2" tall
Rnd 1: With red, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in 1st dc (12 dc).
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before, fasten off (16 dc).
Rnd 3: Join black w sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 2, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before, fasten off (16 dc).
Rnd 4: Join red w sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 3, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (16 dc).
Rnd 5: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before, fasten off (32 dc).
Weave in ends.
Buckle: Cut a 1" square from felt. Fold felt in half and cut a smaller square out of center. Glue buckle to center of Rnd 3.
Let dry.
