Materials:
Small amount red worsted weight yarn
Small amount white worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook
Size: 3" long
Gauge: 2 rnds of dc=1"
Rnd 1: With red, ch 15, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, dc in each ch around, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (15 dc).
Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in each of next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 3 dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * once, dc in last 3 dc, join as before (18 dc).
Rnds 3-4: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (18 dc). Fasten off after Rnd 4.
Rnd 5: Join white w sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 4, ch 3, (dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in same dc, sk 2 dc * (2 dc, ch 2, 2 dc) in next dc, sk 2 dc rep from * around, join as before, fasten off (6 shells).
Weave in ends.
