Free Easter Egg Basket Crochet Pattern

Materials:
Small amount worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook
Rnd 1: Ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 15 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (16 dc).
Rnds 2-3: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before, fasten off after Rnd 3 (16 dc).
I think this basket looks cute without the handle, but here is the handle pattern:
Handle:
Ch 10, fasten off. Sew handle to sides of basket as shown.
Weave in ends.
Insert plastic egg into basket.
Enjoy!
