Free Double Delight Candy Bowl Crochet Pattern

I designed this for message hearts to go in the center and cinnamon hearts to go on the outside. Of course, you'll have your own (better) ideas for it!
Materials:
Small amounts worsted weight yarn in red and pink
Size H crochet hook
Size: 3" in diameter
Rnd 1: With pink, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in 1st dc (12 dc).
Rnd 2: (Work this round in back loops only). Ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before, fasten off (18 dc).
Rnd 3: Join red w sl st in 1st unworked loop between Rnds 1 and 2, ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).
Rnd 4: Ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before, fasten off (36 dc).
Weave in ends.
Fill with candy.
