Free Clothespin Doll Stand Crochet Pattern

Materials:
Small amount worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook
Size: 3 1/4" in diameter. Fits the type of wooden clothespin shown.
Rnd 1: Ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 5 dc rin ring, join w sl st in top of 1st dc (6 dc).
Rnd 2: Working in back loops only, ch 3, 2 dc in same dc, 3 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (18 dc).
Rnd 3: Working in both loops, ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before, fasten off (36 dc).
Attach yarn to any free loop between Rnds 1 and 2, ch 1, sc in each loop around, join w sl st in first sc (work one more round of sc if needed, but I found just one round help up my doll nicely), fasten off (6 sc).
Weave in ends. Insert doll into center "hole".
