Free Carrot Carryall Crochet Pattern

Materials:
1/2 oz. orange worsted weight yarn
1/2 oz. green worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook

Gauge: 2 rnds dc=1"

Size: 5 1/2" tall

Rnd 1: With orange, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 5 dc in ring, join w sl st in 1st dc (6 dc).

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (12 dc).

Rnd 3: Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (16 dc).

Rnd 4: Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, dc in last dc, join as before (21 dc).

Rnd 5: Ch 3, dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next 2 dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (28 dc).

Rnds 6-8: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (28 dc).

Rnd 9: Ch 3, dc in next dc, dc dec over next 2 dc, * dc in next 2 dc, dc dec over next 2 dc, rep from * around, join as before, fasten off (21 dc).

Rnd 10: Join green w sl st in 1st dc of Rnd 9, ch 3, 4 dc in same dc, 5 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before, fasten off (105 dc).

Drawstring: With green, ch 65, fasten off. Starting and ending at front center of carrot, weave drawstring through Rnd 9 of carrot.

Weave in ends. Enjoy!
