Free Book Stocking Crochet Pattern

Materials:
1 oz worsted weight yarn
Size H crochet hook

Size: 7" x 5 1/2"

Gauge: 2 rnds dc = 1"

Rnd 1: Ch 16, dc in 3rd ch from hk and in each ch across to last ch, 6 dc in last ch, working in opposite side of ch loops, dc in each ch around, 6 dc in last ch, join w sl st in top of 1st dc (38 dc).

Rnd 2: Working in back loops only, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join w sl st in top of 1st dc (38 dc).

Rnds 3-13: Working in both loops, ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before (38 dc). At end of Rnd 13, ch 8, join w sl st in same sp to form hanging loop, fasten off.

Weave in ends. Embellish as desired. Enjoy!
