Free 18" Doll Christmas Hat Crochet Pattern

Materials:
1/2 oz red worsted weight yarn
Small amount green worsted weight yarn
Size J crochet hook

Gauge: 3 rnds dc=2"

Rnd 1: With red, ch 4, join w sl st in 1st ch to form ring, ch 3, 11 dc in ring, join w sl st in top of ch 3 (12 dc).

Rnd 2: Ch 3, dc in same dc, 2 dc in next dc and in each dc around, join as before (24 dc).

Rnd 3: Ch 3, 2 dc in next dc, * dc in next dc, 2 dc in next dc, rep from * around, join as before (36 dc).

Rnds 4-6: Ch 3, dc in each dc around, join as before, fasten off after Rnd 6 (36 dc).

Rnd 7: Join green w sl st in 1st st of Rnd 6, ch 1, sc in same dc, sc in next dc and in each dc around, join w sl st in 1st sc, fasten off (36 sc).

Weave in ends.
