2006 McLaren`s Disappointing Season!!!

November 22nd 2006 15:56
Even if McLaren had a far less competitve car this year, compared to the rivals from Renault and Ferrari, Kimi Raikkonen did a wonderfull job and gained precious points which helped McLaren get the 3rd position in the Constructors Championship at the end of the 2006 Season!!!

This was the most disapointing season for McLaren in the last decade... 2006 being the first winless season for Mclaren in the last 10 years!!! Even if this happenend, knowing the dificulties the team had throughout the Season... we only can congratulate Kimi for doing a wonderfull job by accumulating 65 points this season: 6 podiums - 2 times finishing in second position (Australia and Italy) and 4 times finishing in 3rd position (Bahrain, Great Britain, Canada and Germany
