Forgive me father, for I have sinned

It’s time to `fess up!
By referring to a line from a Gordon Lightfoot song, I may be giving myself away. In “Sundown” he sings about “… a room where you do what you don’t confess”.
So, I confess to being a lover of that sort of middle of the road kind of music like: Roger Whittaker and Glen Campbell. I cringe as I say it, but it's true.
There are probably many things that we all do or want to do. But, for a variety of reasons, predominantly embarrassment, or peer pressure, or whatever, we feel compelled to keep these things to ourselves.
I am prepared to share a few of my predilections or peccadilloes, if you prefer.
1. I confess to surfing the web at the office while pretending to work. I have perfected the “alt tab shuffle”, that light speed key stroke that takes you away from the Internet site you are browsing back to that Excel spreadsheet you are supposed to be fixing up.
2. I always want to look in the back of an ambulance. I watch motor racing hoping for an accident.
3. I am turned on by women in uniform. “Kill Bill” almost killed me.
4. I eat Maccas and I would watch TV all day if I was allowed to.
5. I abide by the George Costanza rule that if the food is not below the lip of the bin, it is not trash.
6. I watch the Footy Show in a sort of this-is-so-bad-it’s-too-good- to-miss kind of way.
7. I was in love with Sue-Ellen Ewing.
8. I love country music, especially the female singers. Shania Twain sets a new benchmark.
9. I never give way to people who drive a better car than me, that’s just about everybody.
10. I am profoundly lazy.
What is it that you are prepared to `fess up to?

Ok
I confess:
1. I love Abba. Every single one of their songs
2. I know Oprah would want me to be her best friend if she met me
3. I despise people who don't pick up their dog's crap and pretend not to see when it happens
4. I would definitely not masturbate more if I had the time - I would take up pottery and Tai Chi if I had more time
5. I pretend not to care about money but secretly I long to be so wealthy I could visit my family whenever I want to ... and go on some gratuitous holidays in exotic destinations
6. I think all celebrities are wankers
Thanks for revealing so much about yourself.... personally, I think you need to see a shrink.
