Lucid dream- controling a dream, as a dream, from a dream.

The XP are earned here by not eating a meal or snack after 7 PM. This allows your body to dip into it's fat storage while you sleep, causing you to burn fat all night long! Eating before bed also causes your body to work hard to digest while you are sleeping, causing very restless sleep. Also, eating before you sleep causes you to not be hungry in the morning. This can be bad because if you aren't hungry, you won't eat breakfast, and your metabolism will not function the way you'd like.

If you use this quest with the intention of having a deep sleep each night you don't eat, you will soon see that it can also be used as a trigger to realize you are dreaming, while you are still dreaming. This allows you to control your dreams, and can help you sort through many problems in your subconscious, that you are unaware of in your daily life.
