1. Shop at supercenters. By the time you get from the milk to the bread, you'll have had plenty of exercise.
2. Clean. Tackle something beyond your regular cleaning routine. Declutter a room. Straighten a closet. Wash your car.
3. Do something fun. Take a dance class. Stroll through the park with your spouse. Walk your dog.
4. Utilize your exercise bike. Park it in front of the TV and ride it during your favorite show. Get lost in a romance novel while you ride.
5. Redecorate. Paint. Hang new curtains. Rearrange the furniture. Your house-and your body-will look great!
