Every body has 24 hours each day, but some people are so busy that they find no time to exercise. Is it real? Or is it an excuse? You pay much attention to your appointments, your work. But almost forget every signal you body gives you! The main reason for such mindset is you don't think the signals are imminent.
But small problems may become big troubles if they are left free to influence the functioning of our body. Once you found you extremely our of shape, it's already too late. Because you may take a very long time to correct the situation.
So you should make it one of the important activities of your day ... make it a deadline to get in shape, make it an appointment, make it an obligation.
Think about that. when you don’t exercise, you will soon get out of shape. When you’re out of shape, you can’t move and work efficiently. This forms kinda invisible limitation to you efficiency. You take 2 more minutes to get to the meeting room because you are out of shape and you can't move fast as before. You can't read a publication comfortably because you big belly keeps you a longer distance from your desk. See, in the end you put yourself under more pressure.
Exercise will help you lose tired feeling. When you get your body moving ... your heart pumping ... your lungs breathing fresh air in deeply ... you refresh your body. Soon, you feel a reserve of energy that you thought was gone. Your day becomes a positive experience.
The benefits of getting even a little exercise are many.
Even if you only go for a walk ... this great exercise will shed some stress and sharpen your thinking. As you get the heart rate ramping up a bit ... more oxygen gets to your tired brain ... tissues get nourished and it can work more clearly. Soon, your seeing things from better angles.
You could waste the whole day trying to solve a problem ... or you could go for a good walk, clear your mind, and have the solution handed to you on a silver platter.
Yes ... exercise pays off. Not just in fitness, but in a mind and body that function better and give you peak performance. And peak performance means you’ll get things done in record time.
