Walt Disney always knows how to put a smile on childrens faces and adults as well. With the release of The Princess and the Frog on DVD out 16 Juneis it any wonder that we always want more? In this instance, we relive the tale of Tiana and how she wants to own her own business, to fulfil her dads dreams of owenership. Along the way, we meet colourful characters like Louis the Aligator who loves to play music and Ray the country firefly who just loves his Evangaline. And of course, a Disney classic wouldn't be complete without a Prince, in this instance Naveen. A delighful movie with a message of what is important in life and what you need in life are two seperate things.

The Time Traveller's Wife

Audrey Niffenegger delivers a rare but true meaning of loves perils and triumphs through Clare and Henry. From the very few pages to the ending, audiences will remain hooked on the two lovers and their tale.
Clare falls in love with Henry who suffers from a genetic anomaly where he cannot control when he disappears from one time to another. She is torn between her need to see him and the need to lead a normal life.
There love story will make you laugh and cry and have your heart strings pulled so many times that you won’t realise that by the time you’re done reading, the tale has come to an end and you are left wondering “ what if that was me, what would I do.”
This is truly a remarkable novel by the International bestselling author.
If you have never read a love story, this is a must read and if you have ever questioned the depths of how far love will go, Niffenegger will have you wanting more and more.
The use of reality and fantasy highlight the trials all lovers face when they are torn apart by no fault of their own.

Based on the best selling novel by Nicholas Sparks Dear John is the tale of two people who fall in love over a short period of time. Staring Tatum Channing Step Up, G.I Joe and Mama Mia star Amanda Seyfried who plays Savannah Curtis, this all out love affair has so many twists and turns. When John (Channing) is required to serve his country once more, he must decide whether to risk his relationship with Savannah. There are moments in the film where you feel for both the actors characters, the choices they make will affect them for a long time, but just when you think you have it all figured out( like we did while watching the film), you are thrown into a world of questions.
I personally did not cry in this "chick flick" but there was a moment when Channing had an intimate moment with his father, I am sure that that moment will make you appreciate your parents love for you all.
The reviews posted for this movie all suggest that, if you have read the book, your expectations should be lowered, because it's just not as good.
Personally, I haven't read the book, but it does remind me of a lot of chick flicks I have seen. Not a bad movie, but it was lacking chemistry between the two characters. For me, I think someone else should have been cast for the role of Savannah Curtis, but that's just me.
If you really want to see the movie, go for it, no one is going to stop you.
But what I can tell you is that you'll be more amazed at the father and son relationship, than that of John and Savannah Curtis.
