Ok, so I've been asked to join Fashion.org.au, so most of my fash-related posts will go there from now on.
For the time being I'm going to keep this blog around for my more bitchy thoughts on fashion, and other semi-related musings.
I have a killer hang over this morning. Drank sooo much last night. This morning I got some crispy strips from KFC (excellent hangover cure) and watched two Jackie Chan movies (for a Uni assignment, would you believe!).
I was musing with some friends last night about the upcoming change in season.
We all agreed that we couldn't wait for winter, mainly because we were sick of walking around audibly crackling in the heat, but also for all the awesome winter fashion that's out at the moment.
I was getting really angry at how completely narrow-minded some people can be. I mean it's fair enough if there are some trends you like better than others, or some trends you don't like at all. But to say that anything that's high-waisted, anything 60s or 80s, any pencil, bubble, tulip or anything other than frumpy A-line skirts are "ugly", really pisses me off.
I'm the type of person who respects anyone who is willing to think outside the box and attempt to be even slightly fashion forward, and it's that kind of ignorance that keeps people in jeans and a singlet.
Anyway, I'm just shitty because I'm hung over.
