Dear Santa......

Myers released their own prediction on what will be the most wanted items on any Australian Kids Christmas list.

Myers predicts that the Idog will creep up the charts and make a big splash. This little gadget is a small dog that danced to the beat when plugged into an MP3 player

To co -inside with this new list, Ms Jenkin the CEO of the Australian Toy Association, is reminding parents to buy toys that are age appropriate, but also look to toys that have an element of educational advantage in them.

This is the latest release of Australias top selling toys for Christmas 2007

Last Christmas’s top selling gifts for kids:

1. Radica Digi Makeover

2. Bratz Diamondz

3. Barbie 12 Dancing Princesses Dance With Me Barbie

4. Robosapian RS Media

5. Hot Wheels Radar Gun

6. Miuchiz

7. Angelina Ballerina Learn to Dance With Me DVD

8. Fisher-Price Star Station

9. Tony Hawk Camera

10. Oscar Christmas Bear

Looking at the list and comparing with past years, the toys are becoming more complicated, alot more expensice and also electrical.... No more Cabbage Patch dolls, or plain Barbie - The latest toys are sooped up, done up, pumped full of gizmoes and gadgets and accessories.

Looking to the older generation the PSP Slim is coming up as a very popular item in the shopping basket on the approach to christmas... so is the stainless steal BBq sets for the older boys and Kate Moss' Perfume "Kate" is popular for the ladies.

Movie Review- Me Mylsef and Irene

November 27th 2007 07:11

This amazing movie was released in Australia in june 2000

With a line up of stars such as Renee Zellweger and Jim Carrey hitting the screen.
This comical movie shows us a new kind of humour,
When seeing this movie it was side splittingly funny... Many people finish the movie with tears in their eyes.

Jim Carrey plays a Long Island Patrol Cop, Who woul never hurt a fly, His wife left him with 3 young black children.....After years of suppressing his anger, hatred and digust at the town and the life he has been delt, Jimm Carrey comes to life with his character splitting his personlaity in a massive mental atttack.... and now he is two people. Charlie - the officer and Hank the sex crazed but take no crap kind of guy.
Renee plays a character - Irene - who runs into some trouble and Charlie is asked to escort her to a court hearing.
With his new personality and their new friends Casper they embark on a journey to help Irene and also Charlie in his Schizophrenia miss-hap

If you live Jim Carrey then you will love this, it is one of his best movies and definately hits the charts as the funniest of the 21st Century.
Hire this one out and i give you a promise that you will have a great night - laughing..
but dont blame me when your sides hurt!

Jackson 5
jackson 5

Its amazing that Michael jackson has not given up after all these years... But no he is
Back ladies and gentleman -

Michael Jackson plan to join in on the Jackson 5 Reunion tour,
By all means he was the star of the group and it is what made Michael Jackson
the "Freak" we have grown to love and hate.

Singer and guitarist of the group Jermaine has confirmed Michael would be taking part in the tour.

The group last toured in 1984 with six brothers Michael, Tito, Marlon, Jackie, Jermaine and Randy, when Michael's solo career was producing hit albums Thriller and Bad.

We can all agree that Michael Jackson is the most successful artist in his ground break ( at the time) music and his career to date after Elvis Presley.

Although the past few years Michael has had problems with child molestation, he was equitted of the charges and roamed free - but a lot lighter in the wallet.

We can all remember the hits such as

Billy Jean, Black or White, Thriller and smooth criminal. No one even in this new generation would not know the words. children as young as 5 are humming the tunes to his 80's hits.

Michael, although you have had many problems, your music is amazing and will live on with the likes of Elvis. His name will be up their with the famous name like Marilyn Munroe.

Good luck Michael and the Jackson Clan

Should We Budget our Weekly Pay?

November 25th 2007 21:57
YES!! Is the simple answer.
In todays society which is controlled by money we need to budget. For those earning little money, living out in the big wide world can be costly and can end you in financial ruins.
At my age i have been out of home since i was 18, so that is two years now

Women and Babies- Impulse or Instinct?

November 23rd 2007 03:28
Currently i have a collegue who is 41 yrs of age. We spent much of the day asking the office if she should have a child to a friend of hers as she is keen on having a baby.
She has come to the idea that time is running out on her "biological clock". Is it that all women who reach 30 , who have a career, Car etc tec have the urge to have a baby in order to feel complete as a woman?
My housemates and i have discussed this issue many times. We are all 20 Yrs old and we feel that in a way society imposes onto us the fact that we need to have a baby to feel complete. Perhaps its through advertising, or even the imprint of our DNA saying " REPRODUCE". I have often wondered other peoples opinions on this. Prime example is the "Populate or Perish " - a phrase that echoes in the minds of Australians. These three words encouraged a generational baby boom. The populations numbers jumped and now we ( the following generations) look at higher taxes as theese boomers hit retirement. It just grabs me that i catch myself in a state of wonder - thinking about my own future, that i have this desire to have a child and maybe then i will feel better!! Give us your thoughts on this!
