Frost Bite

Ice cold wind is soaring around Melbourne. It has a wintry Jack Frost touch, and it is trying to get inside of every persons throat. Like the hand that grabbed Ariel's voice when the sea-witch cast her magic (The Little Mermaid) the wintry wind is trying to finger down each persons throat in order to give them a touch of frost bite. Yes it is the colder season where the flu can touch any one. Better keep those cupboard full of cough syrup, and those rubs and nasal sprays on hand. You never know when you might catch a frost bite of your own!

Gassy Because Of Food

I seem to be ultra gassy these days. I eat one thing and my belly begins to toot off its own gas horn. I wonder if it is the chemicals that might be in the food, the bacteria that might be in the food, the food or the cooking, or just me. It makes you think about what goes on food - chemicals that are only partially washed off in water. However before I have par boiled everything - vegetable, egg, and even steamed toast! It was a theory that steamed everything would get rid of the chemicals! I ended up with diorreah! What to do when your body rocks because of what you eat!?!

Thirst On The Tongue

There is a thirst on the tongue that I need to get rid of. It makes me feel dehydrated, and I need to soak the tongue in water. I really enjoy giving the tongue a good soaking however sometimes I also need a cool fan to throw off the extra body heat in the middle of the night. Dehydration can occur for various reasons. When one has it they need to find ways to decrease it. Ways that work.

They have to:

brush their teeth

Drink orange juice

Drink water (warm or cold)

Turn on cooling fan

Open a window

These methods help to get rid of dehydration. Also staying away from yeast, wheat, and sugar help. Fresh vegetables and watery fruits help hydrate the body.

Fat Fad

I read an article today how fat people need to eat fat in order to lose weight. I am not sure why they said this. Sometimes writers move to confuse people. They take back what they have been saying for the past nine years, and try to open a new fad to help people lose weight. In the 80s there was a large brown rice fad and many people thought if they ate huge amounts of brown rice they would lose their weight and look super fit. In the 70s there was a huge drug fad, and many people thought if they did drugs they would look super thin. In the 60s there was a large meat fad, and everyone thought if they ate a lot of meat they would be as thin as a ideal figure. In the 50s there was an ice-cream fad, and people thought that they would fit into 50kg or less if they consumed milk shakes, soda shakes (spiders), and ate ice-cream with pancakes and other meals. This month in 2012 they opened up a fat fad. People might be able to lose more weight eating large amounts of fat. Any takers?

Grilled Cheese

Grilled Cheese is a lovely winter treat. It gives a person much warmth, and it is best eaten in the afternoon when a person returns home from work. It is delicious to heat and eat. However it can be fatty. One trick is to use oil instead of butter to butter the base of the bread before cooking. Another is to use a baking tray or grill away from the frying pan. Another way is to add parsley - this stimulates the metabolism and helps a person to lose weight.

Flat Muscle

I keep feeling I have very flat arm muscle. Some people have bulky arm muscle! But mine is very flat. It makes me think that someone in my making had an arm that was incapable of developing muscle. It is flat, and skinny. Maybe I am part alien or something, I don't know. But it is very flat muscle, and hard to make bulky.

When Periods Come

Females should drink water when they feel their periods are coming. This will decrease bloat, swelling, and cramps. When a female is feeling lethargic they should drink large amounts of warm water. This will help them to feel better, and when they go to the toilet several times to urinate they will actually help the nausea affects to subside. It really works! The more time you urinate the less pain you are in. When exercising make sure to wear a panty liner if you are wearing a tampon, and a thin pad which you change frequently. Some people feel comfortable wearing black bike shorts also. This will cover if your periods leak!

Pelvic Tilts

Pelvis tilts are great to get those lazy backsides into shape. They don't require much effort, they are good for pregnant women, and they really work. You just to ten by then by then, every day, and you will see results.

Changing For The Winter

What kinds of sports does a person get into when the weather begins to turn? Well some people prefer to play outdoor sports until the winter comes. This is because in the spring it is a lovely cool but not too cold. However when the winter comes then indoor sports are opted for. Ice-skaing, indoor hockey, indoor basketball, swimming, and even indoor gyms are great ways to keep up fitness.
