Excuses of a Dope

A man who was watering marijuana plants claims he's innocent because he didn't know they were pot plants. He also claims that he was watering them for a friend.

When the police found 35 grams of pot, the man claimed they weren't his either, but he did acknowledge he has friends in low places.
