Eva Longoria says fame is like a hurricane. The 'Desperate Housewives' actress, who got engaged to basketball star Tony Parker last month, became an overnight star when the US show, which first aired in 2004, became a worldwide hit.
Eva, 31, admits she wasn't prepared for the intense interest in her personal life the role of Gabrielle Solis brought her.
She said, "There's no way to find your bearings when fame hits. It's like a hurricane. I was famous in, like, two seconds."
