Healthy, Economical, Quick, and Delicious...

These are the qualities I'm looking for in a Real Recipe. I'm tired of adding ingredients to my meals that are full of chemicals. I'm fed up with obscure ingredients that cost a fortune. I'm exhausted from spending my evenings cooking, and then having to clean up. And I don't even want to bother making a meal if it doesn't taste good.
So no more digging through endless stacks of cookbooks or weeding through culinary websites only to be disappointed with the end result. It's time I sat down and designed my own recipes that fit my real life: Recipes for Real.
My goal is to create recipes that are healthy, economical, quick, and delicious. As I experiment, I'll blog along the way with the hope that others will have a new recipe to share with their loved ones, be inspired to prepare new dishes, or perhaps even learn from my mistakes.
