Environmentalists Disaster

Lets call it just a bunch of red tape. We all have been hearing about the California wildfires around Los Angeles. Now we find that Feds didn't clear brush in wildfire area.
So let the finger-pointing begin. A noteworthy quote from the article:
Some critics suggested that protests from environmentalists over prescribed burns contributed to the disaster, which came after the brush was allowed to build up for as much as 40 years.
That is why some arguments don't hold water with me. Flora and fauna should be monitored and controlled around human habitations. In my own observations I have found that environmentalists cost more money than what it's worth. Once again, with a cooler summer, my community managed to conserve energy by not using air conditioners as often. Again, our utility thanked us by raising our rates because of our energy conservation.
Greener-wieners obviously work for utility companies!
