MS Paint for everyone to help those neural connections and starting in the family

MS paint - can you do it?
The reason I use Paint is that it is available to everyone with a computer and can be downloaded for free if you don't have it.
I want to encourage those with computer skills to help others and for those who are virtually computer illiterate to be led gently by the hand to encourage their participation in an activity which will help their neural connections grow to keep their memory and brain activity functional and rewarding as long as possible.
Many need to start just as a young child may start.
I enjoy playing with Paint and have no aspirations to become a Graphic Artist nor to use more sophisticated programs for the purpose of what I am currently engaged in.
It is necessary to endeavour to accommodate young, old and in between and
encourage more meaningful communication in the family for everyone's enjoyment!
Unless anyone indicates I am following a wrong path I shall continue this way while circumstances permit and induce me.
One very large problem is that I am using blogs which, generally speaking, are not used by the audience I seek. Catch 22!
