EMOTIONS

When does it hit you? Well it can hit you at any time in your life and most of the time its what you dont expect that stirs you.
EMOTIONS....
Why do they appear? It is simply our body reacting to the situation which at times can be sad, heart-renching or happy and ecstatic. I'm sure we would be quite happy without the bad times but without emotions we are not able to experience the good. Songs can bring out rare emotions as sometimes similar lyrics can make problems relate straight back to your own.
These feelings, somtimes feel like they will never leave us. But eventually there is relief, that little bit of joy that releases the pain.
The thought of not having him around is somehow not as hard as seeing him around, but not having him by my side. Why can't I be there sitting next to him, laughing with him, touching his soft hands, and smoothing his fingernails?
That is emotion.
That is tears and that is forever yearning for something that should no longer be.
There's no change, theres no pace, it's hard to run from something so close, when all the time I dont want to run at all. The happy emotions that had run through your blood fill your head with hope, yet all the tears are somewhat washed away. A video of the bad days would push me away yet I'm blinded by my emotions. They take over from my heart and head. They are seperate from everything else, they create the individual, they create me. When I see a couple holding hands with bliss, right now I think of pain, yet a year ago i would have felt love.
Of course we want the second feeling, the good feeling.. of course we want someone to think about every morning we wake and every time we close our eyes at night.
Who wouldn't?
But all throughout our lives we will turn down different stages, were we will feel different emotions for different people and situations. Not all is up. But the main thing is that not all is down.

They are life at large, life at its peaks and downfalls but most of all they are the core of a human being.

Embrace every emotion I say ... and LIVE LIFE to the fullest ... go on a rollercoater ride of emotional highs and lows .... (that's it ... that's why I never went to uni to write a thesis ... because it can be said in a couple of sentences rather than 200 pages of Academic wank ... ) ... Shit ... hope you don't have a Master's Degree of PhD pHd? ...
Emotions? .... Embrace them ... every one ... they produce the most strartling and dazzling writing if you run hand-in-hand with them ... rather than burying them ...
Okay ... better go ... Other bloggers will think I'm writing to you to get into your pants ....

the girl above is partly right in saying that if we dont have lows we wont have high's. true, but she's missed the guts of it, if we dont have lows we will never ever appreciate the highs we experience,
we experience lows to learn from, to teach us to make us more wiser,
