Elvis Presley had bowel issues. It gave him cramps, and at times it was used to hhydrate his body when he was working or distracting him from his meals. Elvis had the mentality to turn annorexic when busy, however he also managed to eat well with urge of the people around him. He needed an enema in order to cope with the cramps and general issues. However at the end he died of a heart attack supposedly because he had severe bowel issues from taking drugs.
