Wow. Time flys sometimes. It's been 45 days since last post. Well, I want to wrap up this darn driving series cause it's driving me crazy. Alright, all of this driving business started because I used to live in the "hood" and now live near it, and I became convinced that there was an underground leader that was telling street thugs and others how to drive the masses crazy with special and stupid driving techniques. Now some of these have become almost standard from the monkey see monkey do crowd.
Technique number one: Right on red means you don't have to stop. This bad driving technique quickly spread to the burbs wherre it caused wide spread distruction. A car approaches a red light intending to take a right turn. Without slowing te car immediately takes the turn without hitting the brakes or looking for safety.
Number 2. Trash does not belong in your car. Thjis is actually an adulteration of things learned from watching your parents at home. In the "hood", appearance is everything. It is more important to have great clothes, a great car, a shiny clean car, a loud hi-fi, and eat great food, than anything else. Trash doesn't belong in your car, trow it out the window, there are people paid to clean it up.
I was driving down I-85 on a beautiful summer day. We were going tho the mountains up north there was a car in front of us with that hood look and blareing boom boom, rattle rattle music, when suddenly, at sixty five miles an hour an arm comes out a window holding a McDonalds large shake. He throws it up in the air and I am not kidding it went over us and almost hit the car behind us, (we drive a convertible b the way). Now we are mad, but there is no time for anger because now he hurls a huge McDonalds bag up in the air. it lands just four feet in fron of us and explodes open with french friess and burger parts all over the interstate.
We were angry and roared up next to them shouting at what they did. Of course, it turned ugly because they are from the hood. One of them actually brandished a fire arm and waved it in the window, to shich we did some evasives and got lost.
Darn, I went too long again. Okay I'll finish tomorrow. Have a safe one!
